Nicknames, comments, feedback, or other submissions grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use that content to operate and promote Lucky Cat Puzzle. Do not upload illegal or harmful material.
Lucky Cat Puzzle — game art, audio, UI, code, trademarks, and branding — belongs to the Company or licensors. Feedback may be used freely without obligation to you.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LUCKY CAT PUZZLE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Rewards are not guaranteed.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, or goodwill. Aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of (a) amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or (b) USD $50 if you paid nothing.
You agree to defend and indemnify the Company against claims arising from your misuse of the app, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate access for breaches, risk to others, or service discontinuation. Uninstall anytime to stop. Surviving clauses (IP, disclaimers, liability, indemnity) remain in effect.
Governed by the laws of the Company's principal place of business, except where mandatory consumer protections require otherwise. Courts there have exclusive venue for unresolved disputes, subject to non-waivable rights.
